Parking: Citizens or users drive their vehicles into the parking space.

Ticket Issuance: The parking attendant uses a mobile computer to take photos, recognizes the license plate via OCR, and uploads the parking information.

End of Parking: Citizens or users end their parking session by scanning the ticket with WeChat or Alipay.

Payment and Departure: Citizens or users pay by scanning the ticket with Alipay or WeChat or pay by card using the attendant’s mobile computer before leaving.
